4 Coal Tar Asphalt Sealer Skids (16 x 55 Gallon Drums)
Huge Savings When Purchasing 4 Pallets of Coal Tar Sealer at Once!
Whether you're a contractor, property owner or property manager, you're guaranteed to get the quality you need to get your asphalt surfaces sealed.
Four pallets of sealer includes sixteen 55 gallon drums that yields over 88,000 square feet of coverage. This sealer concentrate is diluted 20% so it is ready to spray as soon as you get it.
The sealer dries to a matte black and is thick enough to fill in the small cracks and fissures on the asphalt surface. It is resistant to gasoline, salt and oil and will protect the asphalt investment from the elements that quickly deteriorate the core body of the asphalt.
We have thousands of customers in North America that have purchased this commercial coal tar sealer and we've received excellent feedback that make our customers come back for more.

The cause of this is over-agitating the sealer. Only recirculate your sealer for 2-3 minutes max at the beginning of the day and maybe for a minute at the beginning of each job.
You get this when the sealer is too thick and the pump cannot create a prime to circulate the sealer. Dilute it properly to achieve 20 to 30% water dilution.
Use a dipstick to check the level of your sealer at the end of the day and the next time you use your system, just in case of water evaporation (if the levels are different, add enough water to regain the previous sealer level).
Another possible reason could involve the system's ball valve. On the output part of the pump, there's a ball valve that allows you to redirect the sealer to the top of the tank or to the spray gun. If that ball valve is constantly or permanently broken to the spray gun, you wouldn't get recirculation.
Sure; it would work. It is a sealant designed to seal out water. Its original design was actually for undercoating trains in northern climates and then it was determined that it would work well for asphalt too.
Whether you used liquid cold-pour crack filler or rubberized hot-pour crack filler, it is best to let the product dry completely before applying sealer. Depending on ambient and surface temperatures, the actual drying time of the crack fill can vary. We usually recommend allowing crack fill to dry for 24 to 48 hours before applying sealer.
Yes, Sealcoat can be painted (just think about the painted parking stalls in a parking lot!!). The paint should be a high-quality latex (water-based) paint. Less expensive paints may exhibit bleed through or discoloration of the paint. Any colors can be utilized. It is best to wait a few days after the Sealcoat is applied before painting.
